The semiconductor industry has also successfully employed various degrees of offsite manufacturing (OSM) over the years, but the need for enhanced or optimal OSM within the industry has never been stronger. This presentation will share lessons learned from several Semiconductor UPW and WW treatment projects with enhanced OSM, and provide guidance on how to incorporate a successful OSM strategy into a project execution plan
